What is an extension?
An extension is a phone end point which is either an IP desk phone, computer soft phone or mobile smart device. In simpler terms, its a device that you want to be able to make and receive phone calls. As a Voxcloud user you are able to add, update or remove user extensions at anytime to meet your business telecom needs. To determine the right amount of extensions for your business we suggest you add up how many people you want to be able to make and receive phone calls.
How do I pay?
Voxcloud is a prepaid service which means you pay for all your services in advance, including call credit. All fixed costs are billed on either the 01st or 15th of each month by Direct Debit, whereas call credit can be applied to your account anytime using a debit or credit card through your dedicated web area or by bank transfer.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
There’s no risk, no obligation and no credit card required. You can cancel your account at any time by simply emailing accounts@voxcloud.co.uk.
Am I tied into a contract?
No, Voxcloud is contract free which is what makes us so popular amongst businesses. If for whatever reason you choose to leave us then all we ask is for 30 days notice in writing which can be sent to accounts@voxcloud.co.uk.
